Born 1984 in Tokyo, Tsutomu started playing the piano from an early age, and later played in brass bands, choirs, and rock bands. He taught himself to compose music at the age of 16.

Currently, he is engaged in freelance composing and arranging activities for orchestral music, wind orchestra, chamber music, and video music.
Led by composer Nobuo Uematsu, he participated with the band “EARTHBOUND PAPAS” from 2010.
Since 2018, he has been performing domestically and internationally with his own band “Stella Magna” (both keyboard and guitar).
